I love making specialty cakes for all of your occasions!! To better serve you here are some answers to frequently asked questions.
1) What’s the best way to place an order?
A: Email me at [email protected]. Emails received over the weekend will be answered Monday/Tuesday of the work week! Thursdays and Fridays are busy caKe days and emails will be answered as fast as I can get to them, but possibly not until Monday. Please include date of event in the subject of your email.
2) Where can I find info on cake sizes/flavors/starting prices?
A: Please visit the main website, https://www.cakedivas.net
3) Where are you located?
A: In Fairfax off of Braddock and Olley Lane close to Fairfax City and GMU.
4) Can cakedivas.net see your personal page on FB?
A: Because cakedivas.net on FB is a business page, I can only see public pages on FB.
5) What are accepted forms of payment?
A: Cash or check to cake divas, LLC or Zelle Money App
6) How much time is needed to place an order?
A: This varies week to week, less notice is needed for early to mid week orders. Weekend orders generally need a week to two weeks notice. However, slots can fill up quickly, and we can only accept a limited number each week. Please email and I can let you know availability.
